I’m a slow and steady wins the race kind of gal, so I want you to feel un-rushed and at ease as you create your soul-centric business.
Having said that, in order to keep making incremental progress on a weekly basis I suggest planning for 2-5 hours per week to implement what you’ve learned in each lesson.
There IS no falling behind! As long as you strive to make small progress each week, you’re encouraged to work at a pace that feels comfortable and natural for you.
